Husitt Delivery & Return

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Delivery Coverage

Husitt currently delivers across the Arab Republic of Egypt, including major cities and governorates. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery timelines.

 

1.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Furniture & Large Items: 5–10 working days

  • Homeware & Accessories: 3–7 working days

  • Customized Orders: 10–15 working days (based on design and production time)

Note: All delivery times are estimated. Delays due to weather, courier services, or force majeure events are beyond Husitt’s control.

 

1.3 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on product weight, size, and shipping location.

  • Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Free delivery promotions may apply to specific products or order amounts.

 

1.4 Missed or Failed Delivery

 

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier will attempt to contact you.

  • After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and redelivery will require an additional fee.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Husitt offers a 14-day return or exchange window in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

 

2.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be in unused, undamaged condition.

  • Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice.

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Assembled or installed items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

 

2.3 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, within 14 working days of item inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Husitt’s side (e.g., damaged or wrong item delivered).

 

2.4 Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is higher in value, the customer must pay the price difference.

  • In case of lower value, the difference will be refunded or issued as credit.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

 

We will inspect the case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Legal Notice

This policy is issued in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which guarantees:

  • Right to return within 14 days without providing justification (if product is unused)

  • Full refund or exchange in cases of product defect, misrepresentation, or failure to meet specifications

Disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by Egyptian law and may be directed to the Consumer Protection Agency (جهاز حماية المستهلك).
