Welcome to Husitt. By accessing and using our website (www.husinn.com), purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, governed by Egyptian laws and regulations, including:

  • Law No. 181 of 2018 (Consumer Protection Law)

  • Law No. 175 of 2018 (Cybercrime Law)

  • Law No. 15 of 2004 (E-Signature & E-Commerce Law)

  • Egyptian Civil Code

1. General Provisions

  • These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of the Husitt Co. platform.
  • Husitt Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any updates.
  • All transactions, contracts, and disputes shall be governed by Egyptian law.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Husitt Co. is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only considered valid once payment is confirmed. Husitt Co. reserves the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash-on-delivery (COD) (where applicable). Payments must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
  • All financial transactions comply with Egyptian banking and anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Egyptian tax regulations.
  • Husitt Co. reserves the right to modify product prices, offer promotions, or correct errors at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times depend on product availability, order location, and shipping partner policies. Husitt Co. will provide an estimated timeframe but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Husitt Co.is not liable for lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. Some regions may have additional shipping costs.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A. Consumer Rights (As per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018)

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The product has no damage, defects, or signs of wear.
    • The return request is made with proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Certain products, such as custom-made furniture, clearance items, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns.

B. Refund Process

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, store credit, or original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order fulfillment.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Husitt Co. offers a one-year limited warranty on selected furniture products covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Damage due to misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized repairs.
    • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or accidental damage.
  • Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Husitt Co. reserves the right to assess and approve warranty claims.
  • Husitt’s liability is limited to the product purchase price and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Husitt Co. website (including logos, product designs, images, and text) is protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Husitt Co. adheres to Egyptian Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018, ensuring customer data protection and cybersecurity compliance.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share customer data with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., payment gateways, delivery partners).
  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of personal data for order processing, marketing, and service improvements.

10. User Conduct & Website Use

  • Users agree not to:
    • Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information.
    • Interfere with the website’s functionality, including hacking or spreading malware.
    • Use automated systems (bots) to scrape or manipulate website content.
  • Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, and financial penalties as per Egyptian law.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Husitt Co. provides products “as is” without warranties beyond those stated.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by:
    • Incorrect assembly by the customer.
    • Third-party installation that is not authorized by Husitt Co.
    • External events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, government actions).
  • Husitt’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Egyptian law.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through:
    1. Negotiation & Mediation – Customers must first attempt to resolve disputes with Husitt’s customer service.
    2. Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) – If unresolved, customers may file a complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
    3. Legal Action – If necessary, disputes will be handled in Egyptian courts, with Cairo as the jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

13. Amendments & Contact Information

  • Husitt Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Changes take effect once updated on the website.
  • Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
